High Voltage Substation & Underground Grid Blueprint

This portfolio project highlights our capability in designing robust, scalable electrical grids for industrial zones. We engineered a complete High Voltage / Low Voltage (HV/LV) distribution layout that prioritized strict safety codes and minimized energy loss during transmission.

Design Components Delivered

• Single Line Diagrams (SLD): Created flawless schematics detailing the main switchgears, transformers, and load distribution panels.
• Cable Trenching: Drafted accurate routing blueprints for underground primary and secondary cabling networks to avoid intersection with water pipelines.
• Earthing Layouts: Engineered highly secure earthing and lightning protection rings for the main substation block.
